02Can you collect containers directly from the Port of Mombasa?

Yes. Container haulage from Kilindini, the port and the inland container depots is our core service. We pre-position trucks to evacuate units quickly and avoid demurrage.

03Do you handle customs clearance?

We do. Our in-house clearing desk manages customs documentation and KRA processes at Mombasa, so clearing and haulage happen under one roof with no hand-off delays.

04Is my cargo insured?

Every consignment moves with goods-in-transit insurance as standard, under tamper-evident seals and 24/7 GPS monitoring.

05How do I track my shipment?

06How fast can you deliver upcountry?

Nairobi is typically next-day, Central and Eastern 1–2 days, and the Rift Valley, Western and Nyanza regions 2–3 days, depending on the route and load.

07Do you carry perishables and pharmaceuticals?

Yes — our refrigerated fleet runs multi-temperature units with data-logged journeys to keep the cold chain intact from coast to highlands.
